Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and therefore seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application. The learned Advocate Commissioner appeared before this Court and submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 13.03.2024, she has received the remuneration from the applicant.
