This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 03.08.2023 passed in W.P. No.17007 of 2023.

2. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents would submit that the suspension order passed against the petitioner has been revoked vide proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sriperumpudur dated 26.06.2024 in Rc. No.630/2022/A4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

3. As the order of this court has been complied with, this contempt petition is closed.
