These petitions have been filed to grant leave and to accept the cause title.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner's property has been the subject matter of the agreement of sale and subsequently, a suit was filed, which has been settled before the Lok Adalat behind the back of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner intends to challenge the award of the Lok Adalat before this Court, as the petitioner is not a party, he seeks leave and also accept the cause title.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the facts of the case requiring the petitioner to challenge the Lok Adalat Award and being satisfied with the reasons, these petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number and list the above CRP for admission on 27.02.2026, if it is otherwise in order.
