This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant Special leave to the petitioner/complainant to prefer appeal from the order of acquittal by the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track, Hosur in S.T.C.No.92/2020 dated 08.01.2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal as against the judgment made in S.T.C.No.92/2020 dated 08.01.2024.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 08.04.2024 for admission.
