O R D E R

The petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Police to provide adequate Police protection to lay their pipelines in the common pathway.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 3rd respondent is preventing him from laying the pipeline and that if the pipeline is not laid, water supply to his land would be stopped.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner's representation and complaint was received by the 2nd respondent and he had issued CSR in No.123 of 2023 dated 24.02.2023 and that the respondents would conduct an enquiry calling both the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and would take 2/5

further action, in accordance with law.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry calling both the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and take further action, in accordance with law.

5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
