Nos. 54/2, and 267/1, Vadugapalayam Village, Palladam Taluk, Tirupur District pending disposal of the suit in O.S. No. 32 of 2019 on the file of the II Additional District Court, Tirupur.

Kamalesh Kannan, Learned Government Advocate who was deputed by the Government Pleader, Madras High Court, as Observer as per the order dated 13.06.2019, has filed a report along with a copy of the proceedings of the survey conducted, which is supported by the Affidavit of the First Respondent / Tahsildar. Nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.

If the parties still have any grievance, it is open to them to work out the remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner required by law. 3.
