The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 379, 430 of IPC read with Section 3 (1) of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992, in Cr.No.100 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was involved in theft of 2 units of sand.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was involved in theft of 2 units of sand.
