These petitions have been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint against the proposed accused person on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioners to the respondent dated 04.05.2016 in complaint Receipt Nos.13, 15, 17, 14 and 16 of 2016 respectively and investigate the matter in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the complaint given by the petitioners were enquired by the Economic Offences Wing and it was found that the allegations made in the complaints should be investigated by the District Crime Branch, Vellore and accordingly the complaints have been transferred to the District Crime Branch, Vellore by the Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Chennai.

4. view of the above, liberty is given to the petitioners to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint in writing to the District Crime Branch, Vellore and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law.
