This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.2582 of 2025 dated 03.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.2582 of 2025 dated 03.02.2025., is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 18.03.2025 vca To T-19 Kelambakkam Police Station, Pallikaranai, Chengalpattu District.
