This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.32294 of 2024, dated 06.01.2025, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10:30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter the 2nd petitioner alone shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m. until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
