It is brought to our notice, by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, based upon the opinion rendered by the Advisory Board, the State Government has passed orders, vide G.O.Rt.No.6444 of Home Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 22.12.2016, revoking the detention order.
