This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of insterim stay order dated 15.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.3702 of 2024 in W.P.No.3444 of 2024. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the petitioner restored in the original place by the first respondent by an dated 23.04.2024. He also produced the copy of the order dated 23.04.2024 , before this Court. 3.
