Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the above said condition in para 7(b) imposed in Crl.OP.No.16082 of 2020 dated 04.11.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KRISHNAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.CHARLES PREM KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16082 of 2020, dated 04.11.2020 directing the petitioners report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. Hence, he seeks for modification.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
