This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.5308 of 2015 on the file of the 17th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the respondent / complainant, fairly submitted that the matter has been already settled in so far as the petitioner is concerned. He also submitted that the respondent has no objection for quashing the complaint filed against the petitioner / accused.
