Mrs.Hema Muralikrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the IX Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, by way of filing a joint compromise memo by the petitioner as well as the 3rd and 4th respondents dated 01.04.2019. Therefore, she submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further.

2. Learned Advocate Commissioner submitted that she has also been paid with additional remuneration as ordered by this Court.

3. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed by recording the above said statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. No costs.
