This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.341 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.341 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report monthly twice, viz., first and third Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
