WLOR NO.2 OF 2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner to sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders as imposed by this Hon'ble court in order dated 17.02.2022 in Crl.OP.No.3967 of 2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3967 of 2022 by an order dated 17.02.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is yet to be completed and hence the petition for relaxation may be modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.00 a.m. is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
