This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.272 of 2013, on the fie of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram.

2.The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of Police and another]. Accordingly, the C.C.No.272 of 2013, pending on the fie of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram, is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
