This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.4(b) that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, B1 North Beach Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.OP.No.568 of 2023 dated 23.01.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.4(b) that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, B1 North Beach Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.OP.No.568 of 2023 dated 23.01.2025, is relaxed.
