O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter alia alleging that an attempt is being made to law the road in his private land. 2.In the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, in paragraph No.5, it has been stated as follows: "5.I deny the allegations that this respondent has tried to lay the road within the petitioner property. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition on the pretext that the Chennai Corporation will alienate into his property and lay the road. I further submit that the Chennai Corporation has neither tried to lay the road in the petitioner property nor having any proposal to lay road in the petitioner's property."

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
