[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner seeks a direction to respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the petitioner's son namely S.Navin, aged about 18 years, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.
3. Second respondent has traced the detenu at Mylapore, Chennai and produced before this Court. He informs of having left the parental home since he frequently was scolded as he had not paid proper attention to his studies. He informs intention to return to the parental home. He states that he would mend his ways. Petitioner is more than happy to have his son back.
In the said circumstance, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
