O R D E R

The petitioner, a Physical Education Teacher, was redeployed from Sengunthar Mahajana Higher Secondary School, Gurusamypalayam, Namakkal District to SPB Higher Secondary School, Pallipalayam, Namakkal District. The petitioner was not permitted to join duty by the transferee school. The petitioner thereafter filed a writ petition in W.P.No.13477 of 2012 and obtained interim order. The writ petition was ultimately disposed of by this Court on 06.07.2012 with a direction to reconsider the matter. The authorities have thereafter confirmed the earlier order. The petitioner now seeks regularization of the period from 25.05.2012 to 03.10.2012 by declaring as compulsory wait. The petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

already given a representation on 06.12.2014. The present writ petition is to direct the second respondent to consider his representation on merits.

2. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.12.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
