The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to dispose H.M.O.P.No.567 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this petition has been settled before the Tamil

Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report dated 20.12.2017 of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre has also been filed before this Court. Hence, the civil revision petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. The report dated 20.12.2017 has been placed on record. 3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to contribute a water dispenser to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. The said submission is recorded.
