ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 03.02.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 147,148,341,302 of I.P.C in Cr.No.15 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have illegal intimacy with the deceased and there arose dispute between them, when the petitioner tried to marry her daughter with A1. Due to which, she in collusion with A1 and other murdered the deceased. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that it is a case of 302 of I.P.C and a valuable life has been lost. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts of the case and the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
