C.M.P.No.6730 of 2019 is filed to permit the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,375/- instead of Rs.9,375/- and permit the petitioner to pay the balance Court fee of Rs.8,000/- after the disposal of the appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.34954 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed the above C.M.A.SR.No.34954 of 2019 for enhancement of compensation and filed the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition for exemption of Court fee of Rs.8,000/- in the above mentioned C.M.A.SR.No.34954 of 2019 for the present and has undertaken to pay the Court fee at later stage. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner to pay the Court fee of Rs.8,000/- at present, with a direction to pay the same at later stage.
