J., Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be an order of interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the issue of the impugned notice dated 20.02.2020 passed by the sixth respondent subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Fifty Thousand Rupees only) before the sixth respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
