Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 forthwith fill up the post of professor of Neonatology sanctioned Vide G.O.Ms.72 Health and Family Welfare (E1) Department dated 11.03.2015 by a duly qualified D.M. Neonatology doctor by strictly adhering to the MCI Norms/Regulations on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 01.06.2015 and 07.08.2015.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 forthwith fill up the post of professor of Neonatology sanctioned Vide G.O.Ms.72 Health and Family Welfare (E1) Department dated 11.03.2015 by a duly qualified D.M. Neonatology doctor by strictly adhering to the MCI Norms/Regulations on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 01.06.2015 and 07.08.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that in view of subsequent developments, this writ petition has become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
