Again, when the matter was taken up for consideration on 21.09.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner at the time of hearing. In order to give one last opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 23.09.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Even today (i.e.,)23.09.2021 when the matter is taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation for the petitioner, which clearly shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the Petition.
