O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu viz., Sathishkumar S/o.Pachamuthu, aged 33 years. The detenu has been detained by the second respondent by his order in C.M.P.No.10/Sand Offender/C2/2021 dated 03.03.2021, holding him to be a "Sand Offender", as contemplated under Section 2(gg) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. The said order is under challenge in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] would submit that the detention order passed against the detenu in C.M.P.No.10/Sand Offender/C2/2021 dated 03.03.2021, on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.1780, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 15.04.2021 and produced a copy of the said order.
In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
