ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 16.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.30360 of 2022. In the said order, this Court had directed the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2022, seeking for revocation 1/4

of the suspension order dated 01.10.2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the order has been duly complied with. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 23.05.2023 passed by the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner's representation as stated supra has been duly considered, but, however, rejected. A copy of the same has also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the order has been duly complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition.
