This petition is filed to quash the final report for the offences under Sections 468, 471 and 418 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsels for the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Trial had commenced in the impugned proceedings. Since Trial had commenced in the impugned proceedings, this Court is not inclined to entertain the quash petition, at this stage. However, it is open to the petitioner to raise all the points before the Trial Court.
