ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation in Crime No.383 of 2007 on the file of (Final report No.23 of 2007) the 2nd respondent police now taken over 1st respondent police without any leave from the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.383 of 2007 was completed and a closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Hosur. On the application made on 03.06.2015, further investigation has been ordered by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Hosur, on 03.06.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Under such circumstances, the police are now calling the petitioner for enquiry. Hence, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner could be given. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation. During the investigation, the petitioner shall not be harassed.
