CRIME NO.1252/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.20558/2020 dated 05.01.2021 on condition to report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders passed by this Honourable court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20558 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 294(b), 332, 353 and 506 (ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act in Crime No.1252 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
