O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take action on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 26.07.2019. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that she is a Stage Carriage Operator, who is operating in the route between Vellore to Gingee via., Arni, Periyakozhapalur, Chepet and Valathy, in respect of 04 singles and Valathy to Vellore in respect of two singles. The further case of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is also operating town bus in the Arni to Kannamangalam route and the grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is not strictly adhering to the timings that have been fixed for operating in this route. belonging to the petitioner and the 2nd respondent. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard to the 1st respondent on 26.07.2019. Since no action has been taken on the same, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to immediately call for an enquiry of the petitioner and the 2nd respondent, based on the representation given by the petitioner on 26.07.2019 and issue appropriate directions and take action in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent along with copy of this order. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
