The above Sub Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of M/s.R.Muralidharan, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner herein; and of Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent herein; and upon reading the Application

and the affidavit of E.Arunachalam, filed herein; the Court made the following order:

"The reason assigned in the Sub Application seeking to reopen the contempt petition seems to be a dispute on the quantum of last drawn wages.

2. Since, the main writ petition challenging the non employment is pending before this Court, the issue on quantum of the last drawn wages can be agitated therin.

3. Hence, the present sub application does not deserve consideration. Accordingly, the Sub application stands closed.
