This Contempt Petition has been filed on the ground that the order of this Court dated 04.01.2021 passed in W.M.P.No.24819 of 2020 in W.P.No.20113 of 2020 has not been complied with by the Respondent. 2.From the records, it is seen that this Court has passed an interim order on 04.01.2021 in W.M.P.No.24819 of 2020 in W.P.No.20113 of 2020, but before passing interim order, the Writ Petition was disposed on 21.07.2020 probably without knowing the plight of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner could have argued the matter in W.M.P.No.24819 of 2020. As the Writ Petition was filed 16.12.2020, the Petitioner could not have anticipated the disposal of the Writ petition on 21.07.2020.
