2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case and he has also made endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed as withdrawn.
