O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Criminal Revision Petition as against the order dated 30.12.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 3113 of 2014 in C.C.No.44 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti, by which the discharge petition filed by the petitioner under Section 239 of Cr.PC was dismissed by the Court below.

Today, when the Criminal Revision case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) brought to the notice of this Court that in the main Calendar Case, three witnesses have already been examined. The learned Advocate also pointed out that this revision has not been admitted so far and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision Petition.

In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, without expressing any opinion, the Criminal Revision Case is closed as no order is required to be passed in this revision. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
