This petition is filed to condone the delay of 681 days in filing the above Appeal. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the 1st remained exparte before the Tribunal and no notice is necessary for the 1st respondent.
3.Ms.C.Harini, learned counsel representing M/s.M.B.Gopalan Associates takes notice the 2nd respondent.
4.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 681 days is condoned on payment of a cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street, Parrys, Chennai 600 001 [Cell No.9840068800/ 9840068889], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
5.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Ms.C.Harini for the 2nd respondent and list the matter for admission along with C.M.A.No.2445 of 2017.
