The learned counsel for the respondents have given the calculation showing the amount payable to the respondents. The entire amount stands already paid. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is entitled to a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Rs.29,112/- from the respondents. The differences arises 1/2
Cont.P. No. 1664 of 2018 primarily on the method of calculation. The petitioner is at liberty to institute a fresh writ petition for the balance amount, if so advised.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show any willful disobedience on the part of the respondent Transport Corporation to comply with the order dated 16.09.2016 in WP.No.32442 of 2016.
