O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer investigation in Crime No.26 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent Police to any other independent investigation agency.

2.It is seen that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.11.2017, the 2nd respondent Police registered a case in Crime No.26 of 2018 against the four accused persons for the offences under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 r/w 34 of IPC. Even after registering the FIR, the 2nd respondent Police did not proceed with the investigation of the case and neither arrested the accused persons nor conducted further investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against them till date. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition and sought for transfer of investigation. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to secure the accused persons and conduct the enquiry and file a final report in Crime No.26 of 2018 within period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 1st respondent is also directed to monitor the investigation done by the 2nd respondent and also made ensure that the 2nd respondent shall complete the investigation within a period stipulated by this Court.

4.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
