Respondents Prayer:- This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act of 1971 of Civil Procedure Code to summon the respondents herein and punish them under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court in S.A.No.19 of 2008 dated 29.01.2014.

ORDER

This Contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 29.01.2014 in S.A.No.19 of 2008.

2.By an order dated 29.01.2014 in S.A.No.19 of 2008, this court has directed the petitoner/appellant to pay a sum of Rs.70,800/- to the Government within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On receipt of the said sum, the Government was directed to allot the suit property in favour of the petitioner/appellant. Though the said sum was paid by the petitioner/appellant, the Government had not obliged the directions given by this Court. Hence, this Contempt Petition is filed.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel on both sides that patta has been issued in favour of the appellant, thereby complying with the directions issued in the Second Appeal No. 19 of 2008.

4. Since patta has been issued in favour of the appellant, the direction issued by this Court has been complied with.

5. Hence, recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this contempt petition is closed.
