ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen the petitioner's son was murdered in the year 2012, in connection with which, a case in Crime No.8 of 2012 was registered for an offence under Section 302 IPC and a final report has been filed against one Raghuvaran. The petitioner is aggrieved with that and he has also filed a protest application before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram.
4. While so, it is alleged by the petitioner that the accused are threatening him. The petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint to the second respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
