This application is taken out for appointing a receiver to seize and deliver the vehicle based on two contracts. As early as on 14.03.2018, this Court had appointed a receiver for seizure of the vehicle with respect to both the contracts. It is now stated that so far as contract No.20129793 is concerned, the vehicle has already been seized. With respect to the other contract No.20129792 is concerned, an award has been passed on 09.02.2019 and the vehicle is yet to be repossessed.
