.. Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.173 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, within a stipulated time.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed the revision petition before this Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.173 of 2013, within the time framed by this Court.

2. During the course of arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners brought to the notice of this Court that the two Interlocutory Applications filed by the 13th respondent, I.A. No.362/2017 to implead one M.Sivasamy as a third party in the suit and I.A.No.556/2017 for rejection of the plaint, are pending before the trial court. The petitioners have also filed their counter statements in both the applications.

3. In view of the said submission that the Interlocutory Applications are pending, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant the main relief as prayed by the petitioners in this revision. However, this Court is inclined to direct the court below to dispose of the aforesaid Interlocutory Applications in I.A. No.362/2017 and I.A. No.556/2017, as

expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No order as to costs.
