ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Seeking to quash the E-auction Notice dated Nil, issued by the respondent in respect of the petitioner's property situated in Survey Nos.218/17 and 218/20 measuring 3190 3/4 sq.ft. situated in Akkamanahalli Panchayat, Dharmapuri Union, within the limits of Joint II Sub Registrar, Dharmapuri Taluk and District and to issue necessary direction to the respondent to permit the petitioner to settle the dues under Loan Account https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.30604477622 on one time settlement, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that one time settlement has already been made and the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
