This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned G.O issued by the 1st respondent in G.O.(2D) No.109, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (CD2) Department, dated 28.11.2012 and consequently directing the respondents to disburse the petitioner's retirement benefits and sanctioning the pension together with arrears along with interest to the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in this Writ Petition has already been complied by the respondents and hence nothing survives in this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
