ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to List of Candidates dated 28.10.2015 Selected for Counselling for the years 2013-14 and 2014-15, declare the nonselection of the petitioner for counselling as illegal and quash the same and to issue direction to the respondent to permit the petitioner to attend the counselling and other process of Selection on the basis of the petitioner performance; to consider the petitioner candidature (Register No.170223265) for selection and appointment for Group IV Services for 2013-14 and 2014-15.

2. On the last occasion, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected M.Ps. stand closed.
