Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to measure the petitioner's property comprised in S.Nos.34/1, 34/11, 34/17, 34/18, 34/19, 42/1B, 43/20A in Velankanni Village, Kizhvelur Taluk, Nagapattinam District as per FMB of the revenue records for restoring survey stones in original position based on the petitioner's request dated 03.04.2017 with physical features and to furnish the copy of same to the petitioner.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to the second and third respondents to measure the petitioner's property comprised in S.Nos.34/1, 34/11, 34/17, 34/18, 34/19, 42/1B, 43/20A in Velankanni Village, Kizhvelur Taluk, Nagapattinam District as per FMB of the revenue records for restoring survey stones in original position based on the
petitioner's request dated 03.04.2017 with physical features and to furnish the copy of same to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, drawing the notice of this Court to the patta transfer order issued in the name of the petitioner and her daughter, submitted that the patta has been issued by the Headquarters Deputy Tahsildar, Kizhvelur on 17.6.2012 showing that Rajeswari, W/o Thiagarajan and Sathya Shanthi, D/o Thiagarajan are the pattadars of the property comprised in S.Nos.34/1, 34/11, 34/17, 34/18, 34/19, 42/1B, 43/20A in Velankanni Village, Kizhvelur Taluk, Nagapattinam District. Since the said land has not been measured properly, they have given a representation on 3.4.2017. But the same has not been considered.
3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents sought six weeks time to consider the representation of the petitioner.
4. This Court, accepting her request, directs the second and third respondents to consider the pending representation of the petitioner and do the needful within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
