When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent had complied with the orders of this Court dated 21.08.2019 made in W.P.No.21458 of 2019 by removing the encroachments on 27.04.2021. The learned Additional Government Pleader also produced the order dated 28.04.2021 passed by the 4th respondent to that effect.

2.Recording the same and also the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, since the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
